Abstract:In recent years, carbon nanotube (CNT) interconnects have emerged as a potential alternative to copper interconnects due to their several magnificent properties. Due to fabrication issues, realization of densely packed CNTs with uniform diameters in a bundle structure is difficult to achieve.
