Performance Analysis of a No-Reference Temporal Quality Assessment Metric for Videos Impaired by Frame Freezing Artefacts

Abstract: 40 Abstract-In This paper, a temporal video quality assessment metric has been studied and evaluated on the basis of its ability to detect frozen video frames in a digitally transmitted video sequence and assess the quality accordingly.
