CERRAHİ BİLİMLER / SURGICAL SCIENCES Araştırma Yazısı / Original Article 26P lastik ve rekonstrüktif cerrahinin temel ilgi alanı karmaşık problemlere, "benzeri benzer ile onar" ilkesiyle hareket ederek, estetik ve fonksiyonel olarak tatmin edici bireysel çözümler bulmaktır. Şekil ve işlevde mükem-melliğe ulaşabilmek amacıyla tarihsel süreçte çeşitli flepler kullanılmıştır. Ön-celeri yumuşak doku defektlerini onarabilmek için kanlanma biçimlerinden ve güvenilirliklerinden kesin emin olunmadan, sadece defekte yakınlık ve geometrik şekil kriterleri göz önünde bulundurularak "random flepler" kullanılmıştır. Random fleplerle rekonstrüksiyon bazen başarıya ulaşmış; bazen hayal kırıklığı ile sonuçlanmıştır. Daha sonra kanlanma biçimleri bilinen yani "aksiyel paternli We also reviewed the literature for the advantages, disadvantages and superiorities of perforator flaps over the musculocutenous flaps. In four of the five cases reconstruction is done by using anterolateral thigh perforator flap and in one case by deep inferior epigastric perforator flap. Results: Three of the flaps survived without any complication. Superficial skin necrosis developed over the recipient vessels in one of the flaps and total necrosis developed at one flap due to venous thrombosis. Four of the five flaps were functionally and aesthetically successful. Conclusion: Despite our limited clinical experience with perforator flaps, we think that perforator flaps will replace musculocutaneous flaps in our further practice.
