Perforation of the Esophagus (Boerhaave’s Syndrome) during Hemodialysis

Abstract: The first case of spontaneous perforation of the esophagus during hemodialysis is reported. This occurred in a 73-year-old patient, following vomiting, which he frequently experienced during dialysis.
