Abstract: Introducción: En España, se considera al Dietista-Nutricionista (DN) un profesional sanitario según la Ley 44/2003 de Ordenación de las Profesiones Sanitarias (LOPS); su titulación habilitante para el ejercicio de la profesión se recoge en el Real Decreto 433/1998, de 20 de marzo.
