Abstract: The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the feasibility of percutaneous fluoroscopically-guided transcervical retrograde access into the thoracic duct following unsuccessful transabdominal cisterna chyli cannulation to perform thoracic duct embolization for the treatment of chylothorax.
