Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy for migrated disc herniation: classification of disc migration and surgical approaches

Abstract: Percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy (PELD) for migrated disc herniations is technically demanding due to the absence of the technical guideline.
