Percutaneous Cryoablation for the Treatment of Renal Cell Carcinoma with Paraneoplastic Manifestations

Abstract: We report on a patient who presented with severe myoclonus as a paraneoplastic syndrome due to a renal cell carcinoma. In a patient who had contraindications against definitive extirpative surgery, this is the first instance in which percutaneous cryoablation was used as a successful treatment for the renal cell carcinoma and neurological manifestations.
