Percutaneous creation of direct intrahepatic portosystemic shunts – an alternative for failed TIPS creation

Abstract: Introduction Direct intrahepatic portosystemic shunt creation is a feasible and safe alternative for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt creation.
