Percutaneous biliary drainage catheter insertion in advanced hepatic metastatic disease

Abstract: Conclusion: Use of a structured protocol for the percutaneous treatment of benign biliary strictures yields durable results. The high patency rate of those who have completed the protocol suggests percutaneous treatment is an effective initial therapy.
