Perceptions of Students, Lecturers and Administrators of the Administration of the Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) Programme at Africa University, Mutare, Zimbabwe

Abstract: The objective of this study was to assess the perception of the role of services departments i.e. Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), library, registry and business office towards the EMBA program. Questionnaires were distributed to students, lecturers and administrators of the EMBA program. Record sampling and direct observations were other methods used to collect data.
