The quality of service is not measured by having the best computers, best laboratories, best infrastructure or the best teachers, but rather by the satisfaction that the student perceives when receiving the education. The main objective was to analyze the perspectives of the quality of service in e-learning teaching in university students in Peru. The systematized methodology was the descriptive correlational method with a quantitative and cross-sectional approach, intentional sampling was used, where 2,641 students from state and private universities participated through an anonymous and voluntary online survey, the data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS program. In the results, the combinatorial factorial analysis is used, obtaining the value of Cronbach's Alpha (0.978), valid and reliable statistical tests whose values are accepted to continue with the investigation of the perspective of the quality of the service in e-learning teaching, the statistical tests have outstanding values of satisfactory and very satisfactory. It is concluded that students and teachers adapted to the e-learning service in stages until they achieved their full satisfaction based on their particular needs.
