Abstract

In the abstract of the article, "Perceived Treatment Difficulty and Therapeutic Alliance on an Adolescent Psychiatric Hospital Unit," by Donald B. Colson et aI. (Journal, April 1991,61,221-229), the opening phrase, which refers to "a 69-patient adolescent psychi atric hospital unit," is incorrect. In fact, an 8-bed unit was studied, and staff members rated 69 patients over the course of more than one year by collecting data on each near time of discharge.
