“…Les partisans des TSM argumentent d'abord que le consentement éclairé et la participation volontaire constituent des éléments essentiels de ces tribunaux -les accusés peuvent choisir de faire face aux mêmes accusations criminelles et aux mêmes sanctions qui prévalent pour les citoyens qui n'ont pas de troubles de santé mentale (Thompson et al, 2007).
