Perbedaan Hold Relax Dan Contract Relax Pada Penderita Osteoarthritis Knee Joint

Abstract: ABSTRAKHold relax dan Contract relax   merupakan teknik terapi untuk mengurangi nyeri, kekakuan sendi, meningkatkan kekuatan otot, dan meningkatkan aktivitas fungsional pada penderita Osteoarthritis knee joint.
