Perbandingan Metode Latihan Interval Ekstensif dan Intensif Terhadap Peningkatan Daya Tahan Aerobik

Abstract: Daya tahan aerobik merupakan pondasi kemampuan fisik seseorang. Metode latihan yang tepat sangat dibutuhkan dalam peningkatan kondisi fisik khususnya daya tahan aerobik sebagai upaya pembinaan dan proses pelatihan.
