Lack of involvement in interventions to carry out observations and analysis that causes the conditions and behavior of employees at one of the logistics companies at the Jakarta branch. The research aims to reduce potential unsafe of conditions & unsafe actions in the workplace environment. This process involves employees recognizing potential problems in the workplace within the procedures of observation, feedback, and employee behavior interventions. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive method to describe present or ongoing issues. This method allows for assessing a condition and program implementation to make further improvements in the future. There are still several obstacles in implementing the K3 Program (Safety, Health, and Environment), where the program is still being performed manually. BBS STAR program does not cover unsafe conditions and unsafe actions, so reporting workers to management regarding conditions at work still not optimal yet. Employees also have some difficulty reporting unsafe conditions and unsafe actions in the workplace. SEWS program can be a preventive step in the occurrence of potential danger. The quality of employees could increase with the habit of analyzing dangerous aspects of the workplace environment. Emplo yees' involvement in the SEWS contribution program can also help establish moral consistency.

The objectives of this research are; 1) To find out the Web-based SME Online Marketing System (E-Commerce), and 2) To design a web-based SME Online Marketing System (E-Commerce). Data Flow Diagram (DFD) is used to design the application, while the application design stage uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. Based on the results of the research the author can draw a conclusion which includes the following; 1) The use of an online marketing system for SMEs (e-Commerce) based on the Web is expected to help create accurate and effective Sales Information data, 2) The information system provides convenience for SMEs because it speeds up information in general and reduces errors, 3) System Sales Information on SMEs which the author designed uses various web-based programming languages consisting of; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JavaScript, JSON PHP, and for database processing the Structure Query Language (SQLi) is used. The supporting software used is XAMPP version 5.6 (Support MySQLi), NotePad ++, and Google Chrome Browser, and 4) Sales Information System for SMEs which the author designed also uses several APIs such as; WhatsApp Auto-Order link, GMAIL SMTP, Raja Ongkir Courier API which is a third party as a supporter of this sales application.

The aim of this research is; knowing the data collection on employee report registers at the Aceh Reintegration Agency Secretariat, and designing desktop-based data collection on employee report registers at the Aceh Reintegration Agency Secretariat. The development method used is prototyping and this application is designed using VB.NET while the evaluation process is carried out based on 4 categories, namely Content, Organization and Readability, Navigation, User Interface Design and Performance and Effectiveness. From the results of research and observations that have been carried out at the Aceh Reintegration Agency (BRA), it can be concluded that; 1) With the employee registration information system at the Aceh Reintegration Agency (BRA) it becomes precise, and accurate, especially in the personnel section, and getting information about the employee becomes easier, 2) This information system is able to overcome the problems that often occur in the Reintegration Agency Aceh (BRA) difficulties in controlling and supervising employee data and reporting which can avoid delays in making employee reports every year and for a certain period of time, and 3) Developing an information system program to obtain quality information, and 4) Based on the evaluation of the current desktop application display With the prototype design, it is known that each category has an increase in the usability value. Content, Organization and Readability previously had a value of 0.53 and increased to 0.73. The Navigation category was previously 0.42 to 0.62. The previous User Interface Design category was 0.42 to 0.64 and the previous Performance and Effectiveness category was 0.67 to 0.68.
