Background: Folklore is cultural literature that is passed down by word of mouth to be passed down from generation to generation to the next generation. However, there are many generations today who are not aware of the existence of folklore or storytelling, even though there is a lot of learning involved. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the story of Sum Ringo in the village of South Sumuranja as well as to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic elements contained in the story of Sum Ringo for elementary school children. Design and methods: The method used in this research is ethnographic method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this ethnographic method are through interviews, observation and documentation. Results: The results of the study show that the story of Sum Ringo is a story formed from an activity carried out by the community. The story has indeed been trusted by the surrounding community which has been passed down by word of mouth from generation to generation to the next generation. Likewise, some elementary school children already know the story. The story contains lessons for children. From the results of the analysis, the story contains intrinsic elements consisting of themes, plot, characters and characterizations, setting, point of view and message, as well as other elements. external which consists of the cultural background and moral values contained in the story.

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang memiliki wilayah laut yang terluas di dunia. Laut merupakan anugerah Allah yang menyimpan kekayaan alam yang sangat besar untuk dimanfaatkan bagi kesejahteraan umat dengan cara eksploitasi. Namun, eksploitasi laut seringkali dilakukan secara tidak bertanggung jawab misalnya penangkapan ikan yang dilakukan di wilayah yang dilarang, tidak adanya izin operasi, dan penggunaan alat tangkap yang dilarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan potensi laut dan menformulasikan etika eksploitasinya menurut pandangan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diperoleh bahwa potensi kelautan memiliki arti yang amat penting bagi perekonomian yaitu sebagai sumber penghidupan dan penghasilan bagi nelayan, sebagai penghasil perhiasan yang bernilai jual tinggi, sebagai salah satu kawasan cadangan minyak Bumi dan gas alam, sebagai penghasil energi, objek wisata, dan lain sebagainya. Di antara ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang mengandung pesan mengenai pemanfaatan potensi kelautan adalah Q.S. Al-Insyirah: 7, Q.S. An-Nahl: 14, Q.S. Ar-Rum: 41, Q.S. Asy-Syura: 32, Q.S. Lukman: 31, Q.S. Al-Maidah: 96, dan Q.S. Fathir: 12. Adapun etika eksploitasi potensi kelautan berdasarkan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an antara lain dengan cara berpegang teguh pada prinsip tauhid, optimalisasi sumber daya, melaksanakan eksploitasi berkelanjutan, menjaga dan mempertahankan kedaulatan wilayah laut, dan menaati regulasi yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah selaku ulil amri.

Transformational Leadership: Hard Working, Smart Working, Qualified Working, Sincere Working and Completed Work is a literature review article within the scope of leadership science. The purpose of this article is to build a role hypothesis between variables that will be used in further research on the concept of leadership. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The Article writing method is library research, from e-books and open access e-journals. The results: 1) Hard working plays a role in transformational leadership; 2) Smart working plays a role in transformational leadership; 3) Qualified working plays a role in transformational leadership; 4) Sincere working plays a role in transformational leadership; 5) Completed work plays a role in transformational leadership. Other factors that affect Transformational Leadership including: work culture, motivation and work environment.
