The study discusses the relationship between investment decisions, managerial ownership, and firm value in the manufacturing sector. This study points out that the manufacturing sector is a diverse and large-scale sector, yet the average stock price has declined in recent years. This phenomenon is interesting because there are many factors that can affect firm value, including investment decisions and managerial ownership, and previous research has produced inconsistent findings. To address this issue, the author conducted a quantitative research study using path analysis techniques and SmartPLS software version 4.0.8.8 and employed purposive sampling to select a sample. The results of the analysis indicate that investment decisions have no effect on firm value, but investment decisions have a positive effect on managerial ownership. Furthermore, managerial ownership has a positive effect on firm value and plays a positive mediating role in the relationship between investment decisions and firm value. The author acknowledges that the study has limitations, as it only focuses on investment decisions, managerial ownership, and firm value in the manufacturing sector. Future research should consider adding other variables or modifying the research model using moderation. Moreover, examining more than one sector is recommended to generalize the findings.

This study aims to determine the effect of solid corporate Governance on investment and financing decisions based on the shariah stock return of the Jakarta Islamic Index between 2017 and 2020. This quantitative analysis uses secondary data, with the Jakarta Islamic Index-listed companies as the population. A systematic sampling method based on preset criteria was utilized to collect samples. From 2017 through 2020, ten companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index make up the sample. Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) was used to assess the outcomes of this investigation. A Simple Regression Analysis (SRA) was conducted to determine the direct relationship between the variables. The investment choice variable influences business value positively and statistically significantly, which is inversely proportional to the funding decision variable, which influences business value positively but statistically insignificantly. In addition, the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test suggests that GCG can moderate the relationship between investment and funding decisions and enterprise value. **** Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dalam memoderasi keputusan investasi dan pendanaan terhadap nilai saham syariah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index antara tahun 2017 dan 2020. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder, dengan populasi yang terdiri dari perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index. Purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu digunakan untuk memperoleh sampel. Sampel terdiri dari 10 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2017-2020. Analisis regresi sederhana digunakan untuk melihat hubungan langsung dan Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA) untuk menganalisis hubungan moderasi dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan pengujian variabel keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang berbanding terbalik dengan variabel keputusan pendanaan yang berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This research aims to analyze the impact of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and ownership structure on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Financial performance is measured using various indicators such as profitability, liquidity, and leverage. The study is based on data from a number of manufacturing companies in Indonesia during the period 2020-2022. The results of the analysis indicate that institutional ownership has a significant positive impact on the financial performance of companies, suggesting that the presence of institutional shareholders can enhance efficiency and profitability. On the other hand, managerial ownership also contributes positively to financial performance, indicating that active management participation in share ownership can drive growth and profitability. However, the research findings show that the impact of ownership structure varies depending on the financial performance indicators considered. There are significant differences in the influence of ownership structure on profitability, liquidity, and leverage of the companies. This research provides valuable insights for stakeholders, regulators, and company owners in understanding the role of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and ownership structure in enhancing the financial performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The practical implications of these findings can help companies in making better decisions regarding share ownership and financial strategies.
