Abstract:Maternal mortality is an important indicator in the quality of health services. Anemia is an important cause of maternal death. The prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in Indonesia is 37.1%. Provision of Fe tablets is one of the most effective strategies for preventing and controlling nutritional anemia in increasing hemoglobin levels and can reduce the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women by 20-25%.
