Abstrak: Hipertensi adalah masalah kesehatan masyarakat global denganprevalensiyang tinggi. Pada tahun 2020, jumlah penderita hipertensi kelompok lansia di Kecataman Kapas mencapai 193.385 orang. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan melalui "DIMAS MENANTI" atau Demonstrasi Masak Menu Sehat Anti Hipertensi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mencegah hipertensi pada lansia melalui peningkatan softskill melalui pengetahuan dan hardskill melalui kemampuan memasak ragam varian makanan sehat rendah garamyang dilaksanakan diKabupaten Bojonegoro selama Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) tahun 2023. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara pelatihan melalui demonstrasi masak.Data dikumpulkan dari Puskesmas, Polindes, dan perangkat Desa, serta melalui in-depth interview, kuesioner, dan metaplan. Tujuannya adalah memberikan referensi makanan sehat untuk penderita hipertensidengan sasaran sebanyak 30 lansia dan anggota keluarganya. Evaluasi dilihat melalui peningkatan rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test serta absensi peserta. Serta, indikator keberhasilan turut dilihat melalui peningkatan pengetahuan dan absensi peserta. Didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat 21 peserta atau sebesar 32% mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dankehadiran peserta mencapai 75%dinilai dari daftar kehadiran peserta dan ketepatan waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan.Abstract: Hypertension is a serious global public health issue due to its high prevalence. In 2020, the number of hypertension cases among the elderly in the Kapas district reached 193,385. Therefore, an educational activity called "DIMAS MENANTI" or Healthy Anti-Hypertensive Cooking Demonstration was conducted. This activity aimed to prevent hypertension in the elderly by enhancing soft skills through knowledge and hard skills through cooking various low-sodium healthy foods. It took place in Bojonegoro Regency during the Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) 2023. The implementation method included training through cooking demonstrations. Data were collected from health centers, sub-health centers, and village officials, as well as through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and metaplans. The goal was to provide healthy food references for hypertensive patients, targeting 30 elderly individuals and their family members. Evaluation was based on the increase in average pre-test and post-test scores and participant attendance. Furthermore, success indicators were assessed through increased knowledge and participant attendance. The results showed that 21 participants, or 32%, experienced increased knowledge, and participant attendance reached 75% assessed based on attendance lists and the timeliness of activity execution.
