Abstract: Amalan penyelenggaraan bangunan adalah komponen utama yang dapat menentukan prestasi dan kualiti sebuah organisasi atau bangunan. Namun begitu, tanpa pemahaman dan kemahiran yang diperlukan, matlamat sebenar penyelenggaraan tidak dapat dicapai.
