Pentosan Polysulfate–Associated Macular Disease in Patients With Interstitial Cystitis

Abstract: (Abstracted from Obstet Gynecol 2020;135:1091–1094) As the approved oral agent for interstitial cystitis, pentosan polysulfate sodium (PPS) has been widely used since its approval in 1996. Historically recognized adverse effects of PPS are not serious.
