“…To increase the pharmacodynamic value of tobacco, and the comprehensive utilization of its by-products, our group has investigated the chemical constituents of the stems of Y-202, a high resistance tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) cultivar of tobacco, which originated from K326 by EMS mutagenesis. As a result, four new isoindolinone-type alkaloids (1-4) possessing novel cyclopenta[f] isoindole-1-one frameworks together with four known analogues (5)(6)(7)(8) were isolated from the title plant. Compounds 1-4 were tested for their anti-TMV activities, and their structure-activity relationships were preliminarily verified by molecular docking.…”
