Abstract:Background and Objectives: Scrotal swelling or hydrocele is a rare complication of acute pancreatitis described in the literature. We present a case of penoscrotal swelling caused by the first attack of acute interstitial edematous alcohol-induced pancreatitis in a young male patient.
