Abstract: Rendahnya sikap ilmiah dan self-esteem menyebabkan berbagai masalah dan mengganggu kemampuan akademis siswa. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berorientasi STEAM dalam pembelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan sikap ilmiah dan self-esteem siswa SD kelas V.
