Usaha kecil dapat memanfaatkan kekayaan budaya Indonesia untuk mengembangkan busana tenun etnik yang unik. Namun, usaha kecil sering menghadapi sumberdaya yang terbatas dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengembangkan usaha kecil adalah dengan program pendampingan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program pendampingan untuk meningkatkan kinerja usaha kecil busana tenun etnik yang mengalami penurunan penjualan pada saat pandemi Covid-19 berlangsung. Metode pendampingan dilakukan dengan cara coaching secara daring menggunakan Zoom, yang meliputi tiga langkah utama: identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan evaluasi bulanan, serta evaluasi di akhir periode pendampingan Program pendampingan terhadap pemilik dan pendiri sebuah brand busana di Bandung pada bulan September-Desember 2021. Kerangka kerja dilakukan dengan penerapan prinsip manajemen strategi dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi hasil, yang meliputi manajemen produksi, pemasaran, sumber daya manusia, dan keuangan. Program pendampingan ini berhasil meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan peningkatan penjualan hingga mencapai tingkat penjualan mendekati kondisi sebelum terjadi pandemi.

Poverty is not only a crucial economic problem because it tends to increase and result in instability in various sectors of life, so handling it needs to be a shared responsibility. Regions that are rich in mineral resources also still have problems of poverty and unemployment, including in the Banua Enam region, South Kalimantan Province. This research analyzes the influence of mining sector growth, unemployment, and the capital expenditure ratio on poverty levels in the Banua Enam region, South Kalimantan Province. This type of research is explanatory and focuses on testing existing theories in the context of other research using panel data regression for 6 districts and 12 years. The results of this research suggest that the growth of the mining sector, unemployment, and the capital expenditure ratio, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on the poverty level. In other words, the higher the unemployment, the higher the poverty level. However, the higher growth of the mining sector and the capital expenditure ratio also increase poverty. Therefore, policies are needed that are pro-poor so that the growth of the mining sector and increased capital expenditure can overcome the problem of poverty.

This study aims to determine the influence of the factors of interest rates, administration and services, environment / recommendations, and time period, on the taking of people's business credit (KUR) for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to test the most dominant factor in taking KUR for MSMEs. The sample was 100 respondents spread across Makassar City. This type of research is quantitative research, the data source is primary data. The analysis method uses multiple regression. The results show that the variables of interest rates, administration and services, environment/recommendations, and time period simultaneously influence the taking of KUR MSMEs. The results of the t test show that interest rates, administration and services have an effect on taking KUR MSMEs, while the environment/recommendations and the time period do not have a significant effect on taking KUR MSMEs in Makassar city, the most influential factor is the interest rate factor. This is in line with the expectation that MSMEs will tend to choose lower interest rates to facilitate the fulfillment of their obligations. In addition, efficient administration and services also play an important role in the decision to take KUR for MSMEs. The speed and ease of the credit application process greatly influences MSME preferences.
