Penile Venous Haemangioma

Abstract: A case of venous haemangioma at the base of penis is reported. The patient presented with complaints of pain, hemilateral tilling during erection and progressively increasing swelling at the base of penis. The lesion was resected surgically and was diagnosed on histopathological examination to be penile venous haemangioma. Possible aetiopathogenesis of haemangioma in general and characteristics of venous haemangioma in particular are briefly discussed. A similar case report has nut been found in the literature.
