Pengurusan Sisa Makanan oleh Pengusaha Restoran: Kajian Kes di Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

Abstract: Perkembangan industri restoran di Malaysia pada masa ini sangat mempengaruhi penjanaan sisa makanan atau sisa organik. Jika penghasilan sisa makanan ini semakin meningkat dan tidak diurus dengan menggunakan kaedah yang baik ia akan menyebabkan sampah yang dibuang ke tapak pelupusan sampah semakin meningkat.
