Penggunaan WhatsApp sebagai Media Komunikasi Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris

Abstract: Penelitian kualitatif ini mendeskripsikan penggunaan WhatApp (WA) sebagai kanal komunikasi dalam pengajaran Bahasa Inggris, khususnya di kelas Speaking. Peneliti mewawancarai dua orang dosen pengajar Basic Speaking dan mengobservasi 23 mahasiswa, 1 dosen, dan 1 peneliti.
