Introduction, the Covid-19 pandemic and the Large-Scale Social Control Policy (PSBB) have a very significant effect on health services, especially the visit of mothers under five to posyandu. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the visit of toddler mothers to posyandu at the Kebun Kopi Health Centre, Jambi City. Materials and Methods, this study is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional approach with accidental sampling technique. The respondents in this study were mothers who had toddlers aged 12-59 months, the working area of the Kebun Kopi Health Centre, Jambi City was 101 people. The analysis in this study used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using Chi Square. The results/findings, this study showed that the variables related to visits by mothers of toddlers to posyandu during the Covid-19 pandemic were the role of cadres (p = 0.000), family support (p = 0.003) and anxiety (p = 0.034), while unrelated factors were knowledge (p = 0.158), sources of information (p = 0.561), and work (p = 0.290). In conclusion, the factors that influence the visit of mothers of toddlers to posyandu during the Covid-19 pandemic are the role of cadres, family support and anxiety. The need for education about Covid-19 transmission to mothers under five and posyandu strictly implements health protocols.

ABSTRAK Buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (KIA) digunakan untuk memantau anak, salah satunya demi mencegah kejadian stunting. Pemahaman ibu tentang penggunaan buku KIA turut mempengaruhi tumbuh kembang anak. Kader kesehatan merupakan penggerak utama dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan puskesmas turut berperan dalam mendampingi ibu dalam memahami isi buku KIA. Pengetahuan kader yang baik tentang buku KIA akan mempengaruhi pemahaman para ibu. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini, dilakukan pemberian edukasi kesehatan terkait buku KIA yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para kader. edukasi dilakukan oleh dokter ahli melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, diskusi, dan praktik langsung. Untuk mengukur adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, dilakukan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuasi-eksperimental dengan model kuisioner one group pre-post test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader mengenai buku KIA setelah kegiatan edukasi di Puskesmas Bengkayang, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader puskesmas mengenai buku KIA. Kata Kunci: Buku KIA, Kader, Stunting, Puskesmas ABSTRACT The Maternal and Child Health (KIA) book is used to monitor children’s health in order prevent stunting. Mothers' understanding of the use of KIA books are pivotal in children's growth and development. Health cadres are actor who help implement health programs and education of puskesmas. They also play a role in assisting mothers in understanding the contents of the KIA book. Good knowledge of cadres about KIA books will influence mothers' understanding. In this community service, health education about the KIA book was conducted to increase the knowledge of the cadres. The educational activity was carried out by expert through counseling activities, discussion and direct practice. Data was collected using a quasi-experimental model with a one group pre-post test questionnaire. The evaluation results showed that there was an increase in cadres' knowledge regarding KIA books after educational activities at the Bengkayang Community Health Center, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan. We conclude that there has been an increase in the knowledge of community health center cadres regarding KIA books. Keywords: Cadre, KIA Book, Puskesmas, Stunting

The COVID-19 pandemic is a new challenge for the implementation of stunting intervention in Indonesia. Therefore, monitoring the stunting program implementation during a pandemic is crucial to achieving the target of stunting reduction. This research aims to examine the pandemic’s impacts on the implementation of specific and sensitive programs, especially posyandu, iron supplementation, PMT, and Sustainable Food Program(SFG). Method, qualitative research uses a Case-Study with 17 informants selected by purposive sampling, including the stakeholders and program’s target in the working area of Tempel 2 Health Center. Data in the form of interview transcripts and other documents were collected using in-depth interviews and documentation studies in November-December 2021 and were analyzed in 3 stages: reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Result, the COVID-19 pandemic has affected specific nutrition interventions, especially in the planning, implementation, and scope of activities. It relates to social difficulties and concerns over the spread of COVID-19. In the implementation of SFG program, the pandemic does not have a significant impact. It can be interpreted that COVID-19 pandemic affects several aspect of the stunting program’s implementation. This study suggests the stakelhoders and communities to optimize the implementation of stunting intervention so it can run sustainably to reduce stunting prevalences.
