Pengendalian Biaya dan Waktu pada Pekerjaan Renovasi Taman Kota Bangkinang Menggunakan Earned Value Concept

Abstract

Renovation work is being carried out at Bangkinang City Park, to beautify the city park which is one of the places currently visited in Kota Bangkinang. On the 13th week of work, the project achievement reached 19,689% while the plan achievement was 33,673%, there was a deviation of -13.984%. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance index and completion of construction projects against costs and times. The research method used Earned Value method which integrates aspects of cost, time, and job performance. The results of performance control are reviewed for 6 weeks, starting from week 13 to week 19 by collecting data in the form of ACWP, BCWP, and BCWS values. At week 19 the schedule performance index was 0.3302 (SP1 <1). The cost performance index is valued at 0.915 (CPI <1). Analysis of the estimated completion time produces a calculation that is around ± 34 weeks, which means that the work is delayed for ± 15 weeks.
