Pengenalan Cara Mengajar Bahasa Inggris yang Menyenangkan di Masa Covid-19

Abstract

The fun process of teaching English in the current covid-19 era is really needed to attract students’ interest in learning and restore their psychological prime condition those are depressed having to study from home. Interesting English teaching requires supporting facilities and infrastructure in the implementation process. In the midst of the limitations of schools, teachers and parents in providing these facilities and infrastructure, it does not mean that it is an excuse for teachers not to be able to provide fun learning. By changing the old method (old method), namely learning that focuses on the teacher (teacher centered) to the latest method (direct method), namely learning that focuses on students (students centered) using the CLT (Communicative Language Teaching) approach and is supported by the following techniques: Interesting English learning techniques, along with the use of real media (real models) in each learning process, have changed the old view of English teachers in schools so far. The workshop which was held in August 26, 2021 at Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency has created a new spirit for these English teachers to start creating various innovations and creations in the online learning process so that they can create a good and fun English teaching process.
