PENGEMBANGAN TEPUNG PALADO (Aglaia sp.) SEBAGAI PANGAN ALTERNATIF DARI HUTAN

Abstract: Biji palado (Aglaia sp.) berasal dari tanaman hutan; yang selama ini dijadikan sebagai makanan selingan dengan cara direbus atau disangrai oleh masyarakat.
