Pengembangan Perangkat Proyek Keamanan Pangan Berbasis Etnosains Lombok

Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan perangkat proyek keamanan pangan berbasis etnosains Lombok untuk perkuliahan kimia pangan. Proyek keamanan pangan menggunakan pendekatan sistem Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
