Lack of available learning media in the form of videos in a bold learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it has not been able to attract students' attention while studying. This study aimed to develop a learning media video based on problem-solving in IPA subjects, and its feasibility has been tested according to expert test evaluations and individual trials. The type of this research is a development using the ADDIE model. The method used to collect data was a questionnaire equipped with interviews and observations. The data analysis used was descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis. The subject of this research was the development of learning video media. The assessment results from the product trial stage by subject content experts were 100%, that was categorized great, by the instructional design experts was 91.67%, that was categorized great, by the expert of learning media was 93.3%, that was categorized great, and individual testing obtained 95, 23%, which were also categorized great. Implicated learning videos are by improving the thinking way of students to think higher is not only in the IPA subject but also in the other subjects. Thus, it can be concluded that the learning video product based on problem-solving is feasible to be used in the learning process.

The low student learning outcomes due to the lack of learning media make it difficult for students to understand learning material. This study aimed to develop video-based learning media about the properties of objects around us in theme 2, sub-themes 1 grade 2nd. This study used a Research and Development (R&D) type of research with a 4D development model consisting of four stages, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The methods used in collecting data were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The development of video media is valid with: (a) the results of the reviews by linguists get very good qualifications, (b) the results of the reviews of instructional media experts get very good qualifications, (c) the results of the reviews of subject matter experts get very good qualifications, (d) the results of the trial individuals get very good qualifications, (e) the results of small group trials get very good qualifications, and (e) the results of field trials get very good qualifications. So, this study showed that the validity of video-based learning media on qualifications is very good and can improve student learning outcomes.

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa dikarenakan materi yang sulit disampaikan, keterbatasan waktu mengajar, kurang dimanfaatkannya sarana prasarana, dan strategi pembelajaran yang masih konvensioal, hal inilah yang menjadi penyebab penelitian ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan konten elearning, menguji validitas hasil pengembangan konten e-learning, dan mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan produk konten e-learning. Metode pengumpulan data, yaitu pencatatan dokumen, kuisoner, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif, kuantitatif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Desain konten E-learning berorientasi pendidikan karakter dikembangkan dengan model waterfall. (2) Konten E-learning yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas dengan: Hasil ahli isi 96%, Hasil ahli desain 85%, Hasil ahli media 96,1%, Hasil uji perorangan 93%, hasil uji kelompok kecil 92,5%, dan hasil uji lapangan 94,45%. (3) Konten E-learning yang dikembangankan efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar. Disimpulkan bahwa terdepat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar Seni Budaya sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan konten elearning.
