Abstract:Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran berbasis android dalam proses pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian adalah R&D dengan model 4D. Most students do not have the skills to use information, so the information is less applicable in everyday life, and can even hurt students. This is a challenge for teachers in this era. One of the learning models that can be used to face challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is Project-Based Learning. Therefore the purpose of this study was to analyse the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of the STEM project-based learning assessment instrument. The research development model used in this research is ADDIE model. The subjects of this research are two class of junior high school namely class VIII A and class VIII B which will be doing a broad field test. The data collected consists of two kinds, Qualitative and Quantitative. The data collection instrument to be carried out is divided into three category including, 1) product feasibility assessment instrument, 2) product practicality instrument 3) product effectiveness instrument. The result concluded that the STEM Project Based Learning-based learning assessment instrument developed by the researcher was declared "very feasible" category. The STEM project based learning assessment instrument developed by the researcher included in the "Very Practical" category and the large group test questionnaire score for 27 students of class VIIIB were included in the "Very Practical" category. The STEM Project-Based Learning assessment instrument developed by the researchers obtained the results of small group trials including in the "Very Effective" category.

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan bodi kendaraan Prototype Arrow Concept sebagai media dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Konstruksi Badan Kendaraan. Jenis penelitian adalah research and development (RD) dengan model planning production and evaluation (PPE). Perancangan dan simulasi dilakukan dengan bantuan software Solidworks. Simulasi dalam penelitian menggunakan material fiber karbon atau carbon fiber. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan pengujian simulasi menggunakan software Solidworks. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh velocity yang baik dalam mengatur kecepatan udara, dapat menerima pressure dengan baik, dan mendapatkan nilai coefficient drag (Cd) atau gaya hambat yang rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa nilai yang diperoleh dari pengembangan bodi kendaraan hemat energi Prototype Arrow Concept sudah memenuhi standar dan layak diproduksi sebagai media dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Konstruksi Badan Kendaraan. AbstractThe research aimed to develop an energy efficient vehicle body Prototype Arrow Concept in learning Vehicle Body Construction. This type of research was research and development (RD) with a planning production and evaluation (PPE) model. Design and simulation were done with the help of Solidworks software. Simulations in research used carbon fiber materials. Data collection techniques used observation and simulation testing used Solidworks software. Data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. Based on the research results, good velocity was obtained in adjusting airspeed, can receive pressure well, and gets a drag coefficient (Cd) or low drag. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the value obtained from the development of the energy-efficient vehicle body of Prototype Arrow Concept met the standards and was feasible to be produced as an instructional media of Vehicle Body Construction courses.

In accordance with the mandate in the 1945 Constitution (amendment), every citizen has the right to education. This statement also applies to deaf people, where educational accessibility must be accommodated. The Soemeh application is here as an effort to provide educational accessibility for the deaf. This study aims to reveal the impact of using the Soemeh application on educational accessibility. This type of research uses a quantitative approach survey. The research population is the deaf disability community in Bandung, West Java. The sampling technique used a total quota of 20 respondents. Accessibility impact data was taken using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative. The results of the study indicate that the Soemeh application has a very high impact on educational accessibility for deaf people with the following details: (1) acceptance in the environment gets an average score of 3.35 including the very high category; (2) the ease of communication gets an average score of 3.35 including the very high category; (3) respect for deaf individuals gets an average score of 3.4 including the very high category; (4) future expectations to develop and achieve goals to get an average score of 3.5, including the very high category; (5) the achievement of independence gets an average score of 3.4 including the very high category; and (6) eliminating barriers and discrimination to get a score of 3.25 including the high category
