Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Unjuk Kerja Praktikum Kimia Fisika

Abstract: An assessment of practical work achievement is frequently conducted in a written test. The assessment contributes to the students' low laboratory skills. The written test makes the students have no challenge to get laboratory skills. The students' achievement on physics and chemistry practices tends to be lower than that on other practices. It is hoped that the assessment on the performance could give positive impact on the students' achievement, especially on laboratory skill aspect. The aim of this research … Show more

“…Acid-base titration is included in the National Examination (UN) material whose value is below the average. The UN value data, especially on acid-base titration material in 2017, 2018respectively, were 31.41%, 43.37%, 42.25% (Puspendik, 2017Puspendik, 2018;Puspendik, 2019). The low learning outcomes of chemistry in this material are also evidenced by the test scores being below the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set by the school, which is 75.…”

“…The implementation of the practicum that connects the theoretical and practical aspects is expected to have an influence on students on the achievement of performance skills (psychomotor), scientific attitudes (affective) and understanding of concepts (cognitive). (Merdekawati, 2017;Nainggolan, dkk., 2020). Performance skills are described as activities that students do such as using laboratory equipment, cleaning equipment, observing and measuring for data collection purposes (Muhtasib, 2019).…”

“…Evaluation is a systematic and continuous process to determine the quality (value and meaning) of something, which is based on certain considerations and criteria used in making decisions in order to collect information about learning outcomes from students / students (Hadijah &;Anggereni, 2016). Evaluation is one component in the learning system that must be carried out in an effort to provide quality learning (Merdekawati, 2017). Learning evaluation will provide information about student gains related to achieving learning objectives and how effective learning is taking place.…”
