Pengaruh Waktu Pelapisan Spermatozoa Sapi Pada Media TALP yang Disuplementasi bovine serum albumin (BSA) Terhadap Jenis Kelamin Embrio In vitro

Abstract: This research aim to know the influence of depth veneering time of spermatozoa at media of TALP which was supplemented by 4% BSA to embryo gender in in-vitro and to get the time dissociation of spermatozoa which have the best chromosome Y. This research represent attempt of exsperiment in RBT by 4 time veneering of spermatozoa as treatment, times intake of semen of epididymis to groups. Variables measure are: 1). mortality of spermatozoa, 2). number of in vitro fertilzation, 3. masculine gender embryo ratio. R… Show more

“…The profitability of the poultry industry is heavily dependent on the specialization in chick production, where males are selected for meat production and females are selected for egg production [1]. This statement highlights the potential for exploring suitable methods to control pre-hatching sex determination [2].…”

“…The practical implications are essential for commercial poultry farming as they can find ways to reduce the male chicks in the production of laying hens culled after hatching (Aslam et al, 2013;Krautwald-Junghanns et al, 2018). Manipulation of the sex ratio of chicken breeds aims to increase the number of offspring of one sex in a population and suppress the acquisition of unnecessary sex (Afriani et al, 2011).…”

“…Different incubation times are estimated to affect the quality and longevity of X and Y sperm, but the information is still limited. Some researchers had performed sperm sexing with a 60-minute incubation period (Gunawan 2015;Hadi & Al-Tamimi 2013), and sorter incubation times for 20, 35 and 50 minutes (Sunarti, T Saili, et al 2016), and 10, 20, 30 minutes (Situmorang et al 2013), and 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes (Afriani et al 2011).…”
