The competence of educational personnel is one of the success factors for the sustainability of the Teacher Training Institute which must be regulated dynamically. One of the fundamental things related to the performance of educational personnel is the competence they have. This competence is influenced by many factors including education level, age, and experiences. The three of them are components that affect the productivity and performance of the educational personnel in the Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. The education level data, age, and experiences were collected through the documentation, while the performance of education personnel was collected through a questionnaire. The hypothesis was tested using a quantitative analysis using statistical test tools. The results of this study indicate that (1) the education level has a significant effect on the performance of educational personnel by 10.1%; (2) age does not have a significant effect on teaching staff performance; (3) experience has a significant effect on the performance of educational personnel by 11.4%; and (4) education level, age, and experience have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of the educational personnel at the Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya by 21.8%. This is indicated by the sig value <.05 for the education level, age, and experience.

Efektivitas pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan suatu ukuran yang memberikan gambaran sejauh mana target dapat dicapai dari suatu kumpulan sumber daya yang diatur untuk mengumpulkan, memproses, dan menyimpan data elektronik, kemudian mengubahnya menjadi sebuah informasi yang berguna serta menyediakan laporan formal yang dibutuhkan dengan baik secara kualitas maupun waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh partisipasi manajer, pengalaman kerja dan kompleksitas tugas terhdap efektivitas pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi pada perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) kabupaten tabanan. Teori yang adalah teori theory of reasoned action (TRA). Dalam penelitian ini memiliki populasi sebanyak 314 orang dengan method penentuan sampel purposive sampling, sehingga data sampel berjumlah 63 sampel. Jenis dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan dan parsial variabel partisipasi manajer, pengalaman kerja dan kompleksitas tugas berpengaruh positif terhadap efektivitas pengguna sistem informasi akuntansi pada perusahaan daerah air minum (PDAM) KabupatenTabanan.

Companies must be able to compete, so it requires quality human resources (HR) and technology in the form of applications implemented by the company that can assist in achieving the company's vision and mission. This research aims to analyze the influence of the quality of human resources and the Millennium Pharmacon International (SIMPI) Information System Application on the Performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. This study uses a quantitative approach, where the population and research sample of all employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk. Surabaya branch as many as 85 people. The incoming data is processed and analyzed using the SPSS-26 program. The results of this study the quality of human resources has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, SIMPI has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk, and the quality of HR and SIMPI simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Millenium Pharmacon International Tbk.
