Abstract: Latar Belakang : Work from home memberikan dampak positif dan kelebihan terutama penyelesaian pekerjaan yang dapat dilakukan dari jarak jauh, akan tetapi bagi beberapa pekerjaan yang memerlukan aktivitas fisik tidak dapat dilakukan dari jauh contohnya pada pekerja PT Perkebunan Mitra Ogan di Komering Ulu.
