This classroom action research entitled Application of the Quantum Teaching Model to Improve Class VIII Poetry Reading Skills of SMP Negeri 1 Mesuji OKI involved 27 grade VIII students. This research was conducted for two cycles with a span of three weeks per cycle. Based on the results of the analysis of teacher observation data, it is known that the level of teacher competence in teaching is very good, namely, 3.88 in the first cycle and 4 in the second cycle. The percentage of students' observation scores also experienced a very significant increase, if in the first cycle it only touched 51.85%, but in the second cycle, it became 77.77%. The results of students' poetry reading scores also increased very well. In the first cycle, the percentage of success only reached 46.42% but increased to 100% in the second cycle.

This study is part of development research using the Plomp model in the assessment phase, namely the effectiveness test. The goal to be achieved is to see the effectiveness of the physics electronics module based on experiential learning assisted by smartphone in increasing student competency. Data collection in this study was carried out using three instruments: the attitude competency instrument in the form of self-assessment, the knowledge competency instrument in the form of a test with 25 multiple-choice questions, and the skills competency instrument in the form of a performance assessment rubric. The research results for knowledge competence are seen in classical completeness and knowledge competence improvement. The students' classical completeness reached 94% and the N-gain score was 0.83 with high criteria. In attitude competence, the average attitude is 86.88% with very good criteria. In skills competency, an average score of 85.08% of students' skills is obtained with very good criteria. Based on the three competency data results, it can be concluded that the physics electronics module based on experiential learning assisted by a smartphone is effectively used in Physics learning to improve student competence

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan mengetahui pengaruh metode SQ3R terhadapkemampuan membaca siswa kelas. Metode eksperimen jenis penelitian True-EksperimentalDesign yang berbentuk Posttest-Only Control Design. Variabel penelitian variabel independenmetode SQ3R (X) dan variabel dependen kemampuan membaca (Y). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 233 Palembang yang berjumlah 49 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan wawancara. Instrumen untuk mengukur kemampuan membaca menggunakan posttest yang berbentuk tes objektif pilihan ganda. Validitas instrumen tes di uji dengan rumus korelasi product moment dan untuk mengetahui reliabilitasnya di uji dengan rumus Kuder Richardson (KR) 21. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t, yang sebelumnya telahdiketahui normalitas dan homogenitasnya. Nilai posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 81,43, kelaskontrol menggunakan metode membaca nilai posttest sebesar 73,33. Hasil uji t ttabel 2,012diperoleh thitung 2,296, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan metode SQ3Rterhadap kemampuan membaca siswa dalam menentukan ide pokok paragraf.
