Pengaruh Senam Qigong terhadap Kebugaran Kardiorespirasi Lansia

Abstract: ABSTRAK  Pendahuluan : Menurunnya kapasitas fisik lansia dapat menjadi faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya partisipasi lansia untuk latihan dalam meningkatkan kebugaran kardiorespirasi.
