This study aims to analyze the effect of return on equity (ROE), earnings per share (EPS), and price earning ratio (PER) partially and jointly (simultaneously) on the share prices of processed food sub-industry companies listed on ISSI during the period 2016 – 2020. This study had test samples of 7 processed food sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The data used in the study was panel data type with 35 samples while the type of research used was associative research with a quantitative approach and using panel data regression. The results of the t-statistics test show that the ROE and PER variables have a negative and insignificant influence on stock prices. The EPS variable has the results of t-statistics testing, which has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Based on the results of the F-statistic test, the variationof ROE, EPS, and PER together (simultaneously) has a positive and significant effect on the stock price. The change in stock price in this study can be explained by the ROE, EPS, and PER variables of 27% and the remaining 73% is explained by other variables outside the variables in this study.

The research objectives to examine the influence of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, total asset turnover ratio, and earnings per share on stock price with an additional price-earnings ratio as moderating variable of current ratio, debt to equity, and earning per share of pharmaceutical companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The quantitative research is applied through data from the financial reports among six samples of pharmaceutical companies from 2009-2020 with the analytical tool EViews 10, with other supporting tests such as descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The use of multiple linear regression on panel data bolsters to choice of the Fixed Effect Model technique. The results depict a value of adjusted R-square of dependent variables by 64.38%, which CR, DER, TATO, and EPS significantly influence the stock price. Meanwhile, PER does not moderate EPS impact on stock price, yet, moderates CR and DER effect on the stock price.

The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze differences in Abnormal Return & Trading Volume Activity before and after the announcement of the first Covid-19 case in Indonesia, Micro-Scale PPKM, and Emergency PPKM in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2021 period. Case study research is the method used (Event Study). An event study is a study of the market sentiment of an event. The population for this research is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020-2021, involving as many as 79 companies in the Healthcare, Technology, Transportation & Logistics sectors. Purposive sampling was used to collect samples from as many as 48 companies. The Differential Test, particularly the Paired Sample T-Test and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, is used for analysis. There was no significant difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the first case of Covid-19 in Indonesia, Micro-Scale PPKM, and Emergency PPKM in the Healthcare, Technology, Transportation, and Logistics sectors, according to the results. There is a significant difference in Trading Volume Activity before and after the announcement of the first case of Covid-19 in Indonesia in the Healthcare sector but not in the Technology or Transportation & Logistics sectors. There is a significant difference in Trading Volume Activity before and after Micro-Scale PPKM in the Healthcare and Technology sectors but not in the Transportation & Logistics sector. There is no significant difference in Trading Volume Activity in the Transportation & Logistics sector before and after the announcement of the first case of Covid-19 in Indonesia, Micro-Scale PPKM, and Emergency PPKM.
