One potential plant species for restoration in peat swamp forests is Cratoxylon arborescens. A well-managed nursery includes the application of chicken manure. This study aims to determine the effect and best dose of chicken manure fertilizer on the growth of Cratoxylon arborescens seedlings on peat planting media. This research used RAL (Completely Randomized Design) experimental method, which consisted of 4 treatments (P0 = control, P1 = 10% chicken manure + 90% peat, P2 = 30% chicken manure + 70% peat and P3 = 50% chicken manure + 50% peat) with 5 replications. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using variance analysis, followed by Duncan's New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at the 5% level. The results showed that chicken manure had a significant effect on the growth of Cratoxylon arborescens seedlings, because it was able to increase fertility and nutrient availability, improve the physical, chemical and biological properties of peat. The most effective and best treatment for four-month-old Cratoxylon arborescens seedlings was P2 (30% chicken manure + 70% peat) with 100% survival percentage, average height increase of 14.39 cm, average diameter increase of 1.56 mm, dry weight of 7.41 g and seedling robustness of 8.35

Nitrobacter liquid organic fertilizer is expected to be able to restore degraded soil fertility. Innovation regarding nitrobacter liquid organic fertilizer is important to be adopted by the community so that changes in behavior occur in both the aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of socio-economic factors of farmers on the adoption of nitrobacter liquid organic fertilizer innovations in Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research location was determined deliberately in Jaten District, Karanganyar Regency. The sample was determined by means of a census of 40 farmers. At the output of multiple linear regression the results of the F test in this study obtained a value of Sig. equal to 0.000, which means that the independent variables simultaneously have an influence on the level of adoption of innovation by farmers in using nitrobacter liquid organic fertilizer. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained R Square of 0.600 or 60%. These results indicate that the adoption rate of farmers' innovation in using nitrobacter liquid organic fertilizer can be explained by the independent variable of 60%, while the remaining 40% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Climate change is one of the obstacles that must be faced in agricultural development because it impacts decreasing soil fertility and agricultural productivity. Therefore, efforts are needed to maintain and even increase productivity, one of which is utilizing microorganisms that function as biological fertilizers to keep the soil environment and support the expected results. This study aims to examine the potential of Trichoderma in increasing the growth and productivity of maize plants. This research was conducted using the Randomized Block Design method, nine treatments (A= Control, B= standard NPK, C=¼ NPK + 1 PT, D=½ NPK + 1 PT, E=¾ NPK +1 PT, F= 1 NPK + 1 PT, G=¾ NPK + PT, H=¾ NPK + PT, I=¾ NPK + PT) with three replications, so there were 27 experimental plots. The results showed that using Trichoderma accompanied by NPK fertilizer affected increasing plant growth (plant height, number of leaves, and stem diameter) and maize plants. The use of Trichoderma at various doses can increase the productivity of maize plants.
