Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi, kualitas layanan dan brand preference secara parsial dan simultan terhadap tingkat penjualan pada Toko Bintang Terang Motor. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.
