The development of corporate Sukuk in recent years has continued to show a significant increase in both the number of Sukuk issuers and investors of Sukuk instruments. This study aims to identify the determinants of financial factors and corporate governance factors on the Sukuk rating. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data from secondary sources. The purposive sampling method is used with criteria specifically non-financial companies issuing Sukuk circulating on the IDX and Sukuk ratings were issued by PT Pefindo. The data consist of 93 Sukuk issuances from 2010 to 2019. Ordinal logistic regression model with SPSS version 26 is then used to ascertain the significant determinants of Sukuk rating. This study found that financial factors such as liquidity, leverage, profitability, and firm size affect the Sukuk rating. However, company growth does not affect the Sukuk rating because the growth of company assets is not followed by the growth of intangible assets such as the quality of human resources. Corporate governance factors that affect the Sukuk rating are managerial ownership and independent commissioners. Meanwhile, the audit committee does not affect the Sukuk rating because the number of audit committee members does not increase the company's performance.

The sukuk rating in capital market world is important because it will be considered by investors in determining investment decisions, on the other hand, that the rating will provide relevant information regarding the companies that issue sukuk, which will be in accordance with the main purpose of the sukuk rating, namely reducing the information asymmetry of issuers and investors purpose of this study is to discuss the effect of profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, leverage and productivity ratios on sukuk ratings in Islamic banking institutions issuing sukuk. By using purposive sampling from 14 Islamic banking institutions, 6 Islamic bank institutions were obtained as research samples in the 2015-2019 period, which were analyzed using multiple linear regression showing that only the productivity variable had a significant and positive influence on the rating of sukuk in Islamic banking institutions, although, with a positive coefficient, profitability does not have a significant effect on the sukuk rating, while the liquidity and leverage variables do not have a significant effect and form a negative relationship pattern on the sukuk rating in Indonesian Islamic banking institutions that issue sukuk.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independen, dan reputasi auditor terhadap peringkat sukuk. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah peringkat sukuk. Sedangkan variabel independen adalah leverage, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independen, dan reputasi auditor. Populasi penelitian adalah sukuk yang diterbitkan oleh perusahaan penerbit sukuk yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2016. Metode sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 64 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder seperti laporan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2013-2016, data statistik sukuk, dan data peringkat sukuk. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil pengujian dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan komisaris independen memiliki efek negatif pada peringkat sukuk. Sedangkan kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dan reputasi auditor tidak berpengaruh pada peringkat sukuk.Kata kunci: peringkat sukuk, leverage, kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independent, reputasi audit
