The purpose of the following research is to analyze and obtain the results of profitability, cash flow and business losses on company profits and changes in financial structure. The following research is a quantitative analysis research using descriptive method. The following research population is all transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the three period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and the research method used in the following research is multiple linear analysis, classical hypothesis testing and hypothesis testing using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version twenty two program to test hypotheses. The following research results show that the effect of debt and business risk/loss has a significant effect on financial planning or is called capital structure, while profit is not so significant.

Berwirausaha di bidang pastry dan bakery merupakan produk makanan yang diminati dikalangan masyarakat. Hampir semua golongan usia menyukai produk pastry dan bakery. Adanya perkembangan pola pikir masyarakat, maka sebagian orang sudah mengubah pola makannya. Perkembangan pola pikir masyarakat menyebabkan permintaan masyarakat terhadap produk pastry dan bakery semakin meningkat. Oleh karena itu, memiliki usaha pada bidang pastry dan bakery merupakan bidang usaha yang sangat menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dan besarannya variabel Modal terhadap minat wirausaha pada pelaku usaha pastry dan bakery di Kota Padang, Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Regresi Linear Sederhana. Jumlah responden penelitian ini ditetapkan sebanyak 43 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel minat wirausaha pada pelaku usaha pastry dan bakery di kota Padang dengan nilai Sig 0.00<0.05. Besarnya pengaruh variabel modal terhadap variabel minat wirausaha sebesar 30.1% sedangkan 69.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

The capital structure is an illustration of the company's financial proportions, namely between owned capital that comes from long-term debt and own capital which is a source of financing for a company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability on capital structure and the effect of asset structure on capital structure in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample in this study used purposive sampling and obtained 11 companies. The analysis technique in this research is panel data regression. Based on the results of the study, it shows that profitability has no effect on capital structure and asset structure has a positive and significant effect on capital structure ratios.
