Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Modal Psikologi Terhadap Keterikatan Kerja di PT. X

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan modal psikologi terhadap keterikatan kerja di PT. X Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 80 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala keterikatan kerja, persepsi dukungan organisasi dan modal psikologi yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji tryout.
