The structure and function of plants need to be visualized in an exciting way, including through posters. Thepurpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of the use of poster media in learning the structureand function of class VIII plants. The population includes students of class VIII SMPN 15 Yogyakarta with oneclass as a sample. The sample was taken using a purposive sampling technique. The research method used isdescriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The questionnaire is on a Likertscale with four answer options: strongly agree, agree, disagree, and strongly disagree. The research results thathave been done show that the student's perception of the poster media is good. Students consider that the use ofposter media makes learning fun and efficient, following students' needs, triggers the spirit of learning, andincreases understanding and attractive presentation. “…This research is in line with the results of research Caesar & Prasetya (2020) obtained that poster media is effective in increasing students knowledge about Basic Sanitation in SD (Elementary School) Negeri 01 Wonosoco, Kudus Regency, Central Java Province with an average pretest score of 55.46 while the posttest average score of knowledge is 88.71. Furthermore, in the research of Djonnaidi et al (2021) results were obtained good improvement for all aspects of the assessment, and it can be concluded that the influence of the application of poster media in the learning process has a positive impact on students' speaking ability and creates a more interactive learning atmosphere during the online learning period. Then the research of Nataprawira et al (2018) the results obtained a significant increase in public knowledge of TB disease after socialization with poster media with a p<0.03.…”

The nurses who working in Emergency Room (ER) are require to be able to provide fast and appropriate treatment according to the priority of the patient's condition. Triage is the process of sorting out patients according to their level of emergency. Australasian Triage Scale (ATS) is one of the triage systems implemented in ER. In practice, sometimes the triage carried out by nurses is not appropriate based on the guidelines, resulting over triage or under triage in patients. The aims of this study is to determine the effectiveness of poster media on increasing nurses knowledge about ATS in Emergency Room Bali Mandara Hospital. This research is a quasi-experimental research design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design Without Group Control. The number of samples in this study were 26 nurses obtained by total sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire and ATS poster. Data analysis used Paired Sample T-Test. This research obtained the average score of nurses knowledge about ATS on pretest 6,08 and posttest increased to 7,58. Bivariate analysis obtained p-value of <0.001 which means that there is a significant effect of poster media on increasing nurses knowledge about ATS. Nurses should have a good understanding of triage so that they can perform optimal management of the patient in emergency situation.

Rabies is an acute infectious disease that attacks the nervous system in humans and warm-blooded animals caused by the rabies virus, transmitted through the saliva of rabid animals such as dogs, cats, monkeys, raccoons and bats through bites or open wounds. The aim of the research is to analyze the differences in providing education using poster media and audiovisual media on behavior to prevent bites from animals that transmit rabies. The type of research used was pre-experimental designs with a two-group pre-test and post-test without control group design. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this research was 86 families divided into 2 groups, namely the poster group and the audiovisual group. This research used a questionnaire sheet to measure the behavior of preventing bites from animals that transmit rabies, which consists of 3 sub-variables, namely knowledge, attitudes and actions. Then it was analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test to analyze the differences between educational poster media and audiovisual media. The research results show that the average value for poster media before is 65.6 and after is 77. Meanwhile, the average value for audiovisual media before is 72.2 and after is 82.3. Statistical testing used the Mann-Whitney test and obtained a ρ−value of 0.001 < 0.05. The conclusion is that there is a difference between providing education using poster media and audiovisual media on behavior to prevent bites from animals that transmit rabies. Suggestions to respondents are that they can provide education to those closest to them or anyone who is advised to use audiovisual media.
